Returns Policy

We sure hope that you love your buys but we know that every now and again you may want to swap a product, or return it to us. We hope to explain how to cancel your order, or the steps to take to ensure an easy, stress-free refund. We’ll explain it as simply as possible but if you still have questions just ask.

 

We offer a full 14 day return/exchange policy - from the date you receive your order in the post. To cancel the order and receive a full refund, or to request an exchange, please email us on online@yellowstoneartboutique.co.uk within the 14 day period. If you contact us after the 14 day period we cannot offer a full refund, but will offer a credit note if you contact us within 30 days of the order being received. Please note that any perishable goods are exempt from this policy.

Look after our handmade products while you have them. Refunds are only given when the pieces are returned in their packaging (where possible) and in the condition you received them in, so that someone else has the chance to buy them.

When returning a product the postage costs are down to you, except if Yellowstone has accepted responsibility. When posting back to us please use registered delivery and keep the receipt so you can prove postage. We cannot accept liability for products that go astray or get broken whilst being posted.

If everything is in order, the products are returned safely and stick to the above policy or the returns steps below then we will be happy to issue a full refund using the same payment method you used to purchase the products. We will refund the full cost of the returned goods within 30 days of receiving your order cancellation.

Returns-

Email us within 14 days of receiving your order on online@yellowstoneartboutique.co.uk to cancel your order.

Include your order details, order number and tell us which piece you’d like to return.

Any reasons for the return.

Package the product up as well as you can as we cannot be held responsible for any breakages on their way back to us.

Post the product by registered delivery and keep the receipt.

We’ll then return the money for the full amount minus the original postage charge within 30 days in the same way you paid for the goods or we’ll arrange for your exchange to be sorted.



We don’t approve of returning goods that don’t stick to these policies. It makes us sad. And means we won’t refund or exchange your pieces. We also have the right to retain any products if you owe any postage or excess charges.
